Welcome to RideGlowDecor ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you ("you", "your") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using our platform.
By using RideGlowDecor’s services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you use our services on behalf of a third party, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time; updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2.1 When you place an order on our website, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, incorrect product information, or suspicious activity).
2.2 Upon order submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email is not a formal acceptance—we will send a second "Order Accepted" email once your order is processed and scheduled for delivery.
2.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (name, phone number, delivery address) during checkout. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
3.1 RideGlowDecor exclusively offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. No advance payments, deposits, or online payments are required.
3.2 You agree to pay the full order amount (as stated in your order confirmation) in cash to the courier upon delivery. The courier will not accept credit/debit cards, checks, or digital payments.
3.3 If you fail to provide the full cash amount at delivery, the courier will return the order to us, and you may be restricted from placing future orders. Rescheduling delivery for the same order is allowed once, free of charge.
3.4 All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. No hidden fees or COD service charges will be added at delivery.
4.1 We partner with reliable local couriers to deliver orders within [3-7 business days] of order acceptance. A delivery window will be provided via SMS/email before the scheduled drop-off.
4.2 You (or an authorized representative aged 18+) must be present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the order, and to make payment. If no one is available, the courier will attempt delivery twice more before returning the order.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you only after you have paid for and accepted the delivery. Before paying, inspect the products for defects, damage, or incorrect items—notify the courier immediately if issues are found, and contact our support team within 24 hours.
5.1 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free; minor discrepancies may occur.
5.2 Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order (no payment obligation will arise).
5.3 Custom products (e.g., personalized vinyl decals) are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless defective. Please confirm your custom details carefully before ordering.
6.1 You may return unused, undamaged, and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full cash refund. Custom products and items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
6.2 To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return. We will arrange free courier pickup of the item. Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued via cash (delivered by courier) or bank transfer (if requested).
6.4 Defective or incorrect products will be replaced free of charge, or you may opt for a full refund. We cover all return and replacement costs for such items.
7.1 We collect and use your personal information (name, contact details, delivery address) solely to process orders, facilitate delivery, and communicate with you about your purchase. We will never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
7.2 Since we use COD, we do not collect, store, or process any of your payment information (e.g., credit card details), ensuring maximum security for your financial data.
7.3 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. We will respond to such requests within 48 hours.
8.1 RideGlowDecor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, inconvenience) arising from your use of our services or products.
8.2 Our total liability for any claim related to your order (e.g., defective products, delivery delays) shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected products.
8.3 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, courier strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
9.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms (e.g., providing false information, refusing to pay at delivery, abusing our return policy) without prior notice.
9.2 You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing use of our services.
